Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and motivated IT Analyst to support HR systems and applications, primarily SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central, Recruitment, Onboarding, Compensation, PMGM). The candidate will play a role in requirement gathering, testing, integration issue resolution, and Level 1 incident management. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in HR technology and a strong problem-solving mindset, working closely with HR stakeholders and IT teams to ensure smooth system operations.
Key Responsibilities
• HR Systems Support: Provide day-to-day support for SAP SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Recruitment, Onboarding, Compensation, PMGM).
• Troubleshoot Level 1 incidents, resolve user issues, and ensure timely closure.
• Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with HR stakeholders to capture business needs and translate them into functional specifications.
• Document requirements and support UAT cycles.
• Testing & Integration: Conduct functional testing for new features, enhancements, and integrations.
• Identify and resolve issues across HR systems and third-party integrations.
• Analytics & Reporting: Support HR teams with ad-hoc reports and data analysis.
• Assist in maintaining dashboards and workforce metrics.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a liaison between HR users and vendors/partners.
• Coordinate with vendors for issue resolution and system enhancements.
Key Skills & Competencies
• Certification in at least one SAP SuccessFactors module (preferably Employee Central).
• Working knowledge of Recruitment, Onboarding, Compensation, and PMGM modules.
• Experience in requirement gathering, documentation, and UAT.
• Hands-on experience in troubleshooting Level 1 incidents
• Familiarity with integrations between HR systems and third-party applications.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• SAP SuccessFactors certification in Employee Central or another key module (mandatory).
• 3–5 years of experience in HR systems support and implementation.
