Employee Central - Job Description
- Must have done at least 2 to 3 end-to-end implementations in EC.
- Requirement gathering, Worked on Best practices, Standard and Custom implementation process.
- Partner with Client team to review requirements, design, build and implement solutions.
- Hands-on all the Data Models and excellent knowledge of XML, testing, and integration.
- Workbook preparation and alignment with stake holder to fill the workbooks.
- Must have worked on MDF, foundation objects, associations, business rules, variable pay components and valuation, workflows, RBP.
- Familiar with SF org chart and employee data migration utility in SF.
- EC- Must have experience on end-to-end implementation on Employee Central Core, business rules, mass load data conversion etc.
- Should be very good in Document generation.
- Experience with Ad hoc Canvas reporting.
- Configuration, testing and deployment of SuccessFactors based solutions.
- Preparing document on provided solution.
- Should be good in Integration Centre.
- Should have knowledge on data flow to other modules
Good to have:
- Certified in SuccessFactors Employee Central Solution (Associate & Professional level).
- Good in communication Skills.
- Should be able to handle client/Stake holder independently.
