We are seeking a skilled SAP SuccessFactors Change & Release Specialist to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 4-8 years of experience in managing changes and releases within SAP SuccessFactors environments, ensuring that all processes are conducted smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the change and release processes in SAP SuccessFactors environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation of changes and releases.
- Conduct impact analysis and risk assessments for changes before implementation.
- Create and maintain documentation related to change and release management processes.
- Monitor and report on the status of changes and releases to stakeholders.
- Provide support and guidance to team members and stakeholders regarding change management best practices.
Skills and Qualifications
- 4-8 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors or related HR technology solutions.
- Strong understanding of change management principles and methodologies.
- Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors modules and configurations.
- Experience with release management processes and tools.
- Ability to analyze complex situations and provide effective solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse teams.
- Project management skills and experience in managing timelines and deliverables.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices for change and release management.
