Job Description

Nocko Global Solutions is looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors AI Consultant with strong hands-on knowledge of SAP's evolving AI capabilities across the SuccessFactors and SAP Business AI portfolio.

We are particularly interested in professionals who can bridge the gap between SAP SuccessFactors functional processes, AI technology, and real-world business use cases.

The role will involve advising customers on AI opportunities, assessing readiness, implementing relevant capabilities, and supporting the adoption of AI-driven HR processes.

Key Areas of Expertise

We are looking for experience in one or more of the following areas:

SAP Joule: Enablement, configuration, deployment, and adoption of Joule within SAP SuccessFactors.
Joule for HR / Ask HR: Conversational HR experiences, employee self-service, and HR service delivery scenarios.
SAP Business AI in SuccessFactors: Embedded AI capabilities across Recruiting, Talent Management, Performance, Learning, and other HR processes.
Joule Agents and AI-Assisted Workflows: Understanding of agentic AI capabilities, orchestration, and relevant HR use cases.
SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP): SAP AI Core, Generative AI Hub, SAP Build Process Automation, and related extensibility capabilities.
AI Integration and Architecture: Connecting AI-enabled HR processes with SAP SuccessFactors and other enterprise applications.
AI Governance and Security: Role-based permissions, data privacy, responsible AI, and enterprise security considerations.

Key Responsibilities

Advise customers on SAP SuccessFactors AI capabilities, opportunities, and implementation roadmaps.
Conduct AI readiness assessments and identify high-value HR use cases.
Lead or support the configuration and deployment of Joule and embedded SuccessFactors AI features.
Translate HR business requirements into practical AI-enabled solutions.
Work with functional and technical teams on integration, security, testing, and deployment.
Develop demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and customer-facing solution proposals.
Support AI adoption, user enablement, and continuous improvement.
Stay current with SAP Business AI innovations, releases, and product developments.

Desired Profile

Strong hands-on SAP SuccessFactors consulting or solution architecture background.
Practical experience with SAP Joule, SuccessFactors AI capabilities, or SAP Business AI implementations.
Understanding of SAP SuccessFactors architecture, integrations, and security.
Experience working with international customers and cross-functional project teams.
Ability to communicate AI concepts clearly to HR, IT, and business stakeholders.
Relevant SAP certifications would be advantageous.

Important: We are particularly interested in candidates with actual implementation, configuration, demonstration, or proof-of-concept experience. General AI knowledge without SAP-specific expertise will not be sufficient.
