1. Project Support and Implementation
Assist in SAP SuccessFactors module implementations (e.g., Employee Central, PMGM, LMS, ONB).
Support requirement gathering sessions, documentation, and configuration activities.
Help in data migration, testing, and system integration tasks.
Ensure timely completion of assigned project deliverables.
2. Solution Design and Configuration
Learn to configure SuccessFactors modules based on business needs.
Support in preparing functional documentation and test scripts.
Collaborate with technical teams for custom developments or integration activities.
3. Client and Team Collaboration
Assist in client interactions and support issue resolution.
Participate in user training and knowledge-sharing sessions.
Provide post-go-live support under senior consultant supervision.
4. Quality and Compliance
Support in testing (unit, integration, UAT) and documentation of results.
Follow best practices, quality guidelines, and project standards.
5. Learning and Development
Continuously build knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors modules and HR business processes.
Participate in internal learning programs and contribute to team initiatives.
RequirementsBasic understanding of HR concepts and processes.
Interest in HR technology, digital transformation, or SAP solutions.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Bachelor's degree in HR, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
SAP SuccessFactors training or certification (preferred)
