About The Opportunity

A dynamic HR technology consultancy operating across India, we specialize in deploying and optimizing enterprise HR systems for mid to large-scale organizations. Partnering with global SaaS platforms like SAP SuccessFactors, we help clients transform talent acquisition, performance management, and workforce analytics through best-in-class implementation, customization, and change management strategies. Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors implementations — configure modules (Recruiting, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Employee Central) to align with client HR policies.
  • Translate client business requirements into technical specifications and functional configurations within SuccessFactors HCM suite.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design reporting dashboards, workflow automations, and integration touchpoints with ERP/identity systems.
  • Conduct user training, develop documentation, and provide post-go-live support to ensure adoption and system stability.
  • Partner with technical teams to manage integrations via OData APIs, SFTP, or middleware tools like HCI/Cloud Platform Integration.
  • Stay current with SuccessFactors release updates, validate upgrade impact, and advise clients on roadmap planning.
