Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to provide L2/L3 application support across multiple SuccessFactors modules: Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding 2.0, and Succession & Development. The consultant will manage ticket resolution, minor enhancements, and ongoing system improvements in a multi-country, global support model.
Key Responsibilities:
Employee Central (EC):
- Manage configuration issues related to Foundation Objects, data models, business rules, and event reasons.
- Maintain RBP (Role-Based Permissions) and org structure alignment.
- Resolve issues related to job information, position management, and workflows.
- Support data correction, mass changes, imports, and EC audit compliance.
Recruiting (RCM):
- Provide support on requisition templates, offer approval workflows, and candidate status flows.
- Assist with agency portals, job postings, and candidate application issues.
- Manage permission-based access for recruiters and hiring managers.
- Troubleshoot integration points with Onboarding and EC.
Onboarding 2.0 (ONB):
- Maintain onboarding process configurations, including email templates, New Hire Data Collection, Review Checklists, and Compliance Steps.
- Address onboarding-related role issues and business rule errors.
- Ensure data flows from RCM ONB EC are functional.
- Support for reboarding and crossboarding scenarios.
Performance & Goals (PMGM)
- Support goal plan setup, performance form templates, and route maps.
- Troubleshoot workflow issues, calibration cycle errors, and form launches.
- Manage end-of-cycle activities and alignment of goals.
Succession & Development:
- Support talent pool management, nomination methods, and succession org charts.
- Help business users navigate readiness assessments, talent profiles, and career path planning.
- Troubleshoot matrix grid reports, calibration readiness, and permissions.
Skills & Qualifications:
- hands-on SuccessFactors support experience across at least 3 modules: EC, RCM, ONB 2.0, Succession.
- Strong knowledge of SuccessFactors configuration, admin tools, and permissions (RBP).
- Experience in global support environments with ticketing systems like Jira
- Exposure to multi-country SuccessFactors environments (South Africa, KSA, UK, Australia) preferred.
- Good understanding of integration touchpoints, although no middleware handling required.
