Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

Must-Have**

(I1. Should have SAP SuccessFactors Recruitment Marking and Management certification (both mandatory) with certification in Onboarding (1.0 / 2.0)

2. Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in SmartRecruiters implementation, administration, and support.

3. Experience working on SmartRecruiters integrations with HRIS systems such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM, etc.

4. Strong understanding of Talent Acquisition and Recruitment processes in global organizations.

5. Minimum 2 full life cycle SuccessFactors implementation

6. . Experience of handling Half Yearly release management activities

4. Knowledge of People Analytics, Story reports

Good-to-Have 1. Good understanding of Talent Acquisition process and trends in organization.

2. SmartRecruiters experience or knowledge

3. Understand and evaluate business requirements

4. Follow ITIL Processes in order to execute support activities.

5. Experience with API integrations and middleware platforms.

Knowledge of reporting, dashboards, and recruitment analytics.

6. Work on Incidents/Changes/Service Requests created by the

customer within the agreed SLA

7. Trouble-shoot issues and offer solutioning and user guidance when

needed

8. Interact with vendors regarding system upgrades, break fix,

performance, availability, and system uptimes

9. Ensure regular connects with Onsite team for providing daily status

updates

10. Maintain project documentation (Validation documents/KEDB etc.)

and adhere to customer's quality policy and procedures.

11. Presenting the status of work to customer in Weekly and Monthly

Status Meetings

12. Provide service improvement suggestions

2 Good understanding of Recruitment processes in global organization

3 Designing, implementing and supporting complex business processes in an SAP SuccessFactors environment.

4 Continuously upgrade self and customers with the bi-annual upgrades in SuccessFactors

5 High Priority support ticket management/ attendance / Escalations

6 Own and ensure the SAP Successfactors configuration are delivered meeting project requirements supporting project and BAU requirements
