Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead SAP/SF HCM module implementation including ONB, Recruitment, and RMK for SMB clients.
Handle system design, configuration, customization, integration, testing, and post-implementation support.
Participate in requirement gathering, future state solution design, and development object creation within the process scope.
Conduct gap analysis and contribute to strategic roadmap and blueprint development.
Integrate SAP/SF modules with middleware solutions such as DELL Boomi and SAP PI.
Execute 2 full lifecycle project implementations on the BizX platform.
Mentor team members in technology, architecture, and application delivery.
Interact with customer management and provide expert technical guidance.
