- Deep knowledge of EC Data Models (Corporate, Succession, Country-specific)
- Strong expertise in XML configuration
- Experience in Business Rules framework
- Proficiency in Role-Based Permissions (RBP)
- HR Process & Functional Understanding
- Ability to define business requirements
- Perform fit-gap analysis between business needs and standard solutions
- Configure company structures, workflows, and HR processes
- Integration Skills
- Experience integrating SAP EC with HRIS and Payroll systems
- Knowledge of integration tools/APIs is a strong advantage
- Solution Design & Consulting
- Ability to design and configure systems based on Business Blueprint
- Provide best practice recommendations and alternative solutions
