Job description

• Should have good experience in working with global SAP AMS engagement with ITSM knowledge on Incident management demand management and problem management
• Provide support for any issues or incidents reported by users ensuring timely resolution
• Identify gaps between business requirements and standard SAP SRM functionalities proposing solutions to bridge these gaps
• Have good experience on Configure SAP SRM modules eg Supplier SelfService Procurement Catalog Management according to business requirements
• Ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules eg MM FI and external systems
• Validate configurations through rigorous testing to ensure they meet business needs
• Conduct unit tests to verify individual components of the SAP SRM system function correctly
• Facilitate UAT sessions with endusers to validate the system against business requirements
• Identify and resolve any issues or defects discovered during testing phases
• Provide support for any issues or incidents reported by users ensuring timely resolution
• Conduct training sessions for endusers to ensure they are proficient in using the SAP SRM system
• Continuously monitor system performance to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
• Document business processes and workflows supported by SAP SRM
• Maintain a knowledge base of common issues and their resolutions to aid in quicker problemsolving
• Engage with business stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations.
