We are looking for an experienced SAP SRM (Supplier Relationship Management) Consultant to design, implement, and support SAP SRM solutions in alignment with procurement and sourcing strategies. The candidate will work closely with business users and technical teams to deliver optimized supplier collaboration and procurement processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business requirements related to procurement and translate them into SAP SRM solutions.
- Configure and customize SAP SRM modules such as Supplier Self-Service (SUS), Sourcing, Procurement, and Contract Management.
- Integrate SAP SRM with SAP ERP (MM, FI) and external supplier systems.
- Participate in end-to-end implementation activities: blueprinting, system configuration, functional specification, testing, training, and support.
- Perform SRM-MDM Catalog integration, vendor management setup, and workflow configuration.
- Handle issue resolution, incident management, and change requests in support and enhancement projects.
- Work with cross-functional teams including procurement, IT, and finance to improve system efficiency and compliance.
- Prepare documentation including configuration guides, functional specifications, and test scripts.
- Train end-users and provide post-go-live support.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 4 to 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP SRM module implementation and support.
- Strong understanding of procurement processes, RFx, e-sourcing, contracts, and supplier enablement.
- Experience in SAP ECC integration (MM, FI) and SRM workflow configuration.
- Good knowledge of classic and extended classic deployment scenarios.
- Experience with SRM UI and portal integration.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to write functional specs and work with ABAP developers.
Preferred Skills (Good to Have):
- Exposure to SAP S/4HANA Sourcing & Procurement or Ariba.
- Experience with SRM-MDM catalog and NetWeaver Portal.
- Understanding of business rules framework (BRF+).
- SAP Certification in SRM is an added advantage.
