Job Description: PLM Analyst

Location: Bangalore

Department: Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)

Reports To: Sr. PLM Manager

Position Summary

We are seeking a PLM Analyst to manage product master data, support PLM and ERP initiatives, and drive data governance across engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain functions. The role focuses on ensuring accurate, compliant, and consistent product data while supporting digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage product master data, including Materials, BOMs, Documents, Classifications, Specifications, and Engineering Attributes.
• Support PLM and SAP ERP (S/4HANA) implementations, upgrades, and system integrations.
• Define and maintain master data standards, governance policies, and naming conventions.
• Analyze PLM processes and recommend improvements for efficiency and compliance.
• Support Engineering Change Orders (ECO), Manufacturing Change Orders (MCO), and configuration management.
• Conduct data quality audits and ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and IT teams, and provide end-user support and training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 4 to 5 years of experience in PLM support or engineering services.
• Experience with PLM tools, SAP PLM, ECTR, and SAP S/4HANA.
• Knowledge of product data governance, BOM management, and variant configuration.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with PLM-ERP integrations.
• Familiarity with engineering change management and digital transformation initiatives.
