Role Overview

As an SAP SD Senior Consultant – Public Cloud at delaware India, you will deliver and support SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud SD solutions with a strong focus on Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes. You will work with business stakeholders and technical teams to design, configure, test, and deploy scalable SAP solutions that align with client needs.

You will be involved throughout the project lifecycle, from requirement analysis and solution design to testing, go-live, and hypercare, contributing to successful global SAP Public Cloud implementations.

Key Requirements (Must Have)

• 7+ years of SAP SD consulting experience, with strong OTC process knowledge.
• Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementations (at least one end-to-end).
• Strong understanding of SAP SD configuration and core OTC processes (pricing, billing, delivery, etc.).
• Experience in configuring, supporting, and optimizing SAP SD processes.
• Knowledge of SAP Public Cloud extensibility (APIs, Custom Fields, enhancement frameworks).
• Ability to guide technical teams during development, testing, and defect resolution.
• Experience in defect analysis, troubleshooting, and post–go-live support.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in global environments.

Good to Have Skills

• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA On-Premise implementations.
• Experience in both implementation and AMS engagements.
• Knowledge of SAP APIs and integration touchpoints.
• Experience in workshops, configuration, testing, UAT, deployment, and documentation.
• Experience with end-user training and quality assurance.
• Flexibility to support different time zones, especially Dubai and Türkiye.
• Candidates based in India are preferred; availability for critical milestones over the next 1–2 months.
