Experience/Skill Sets: SAP ProducerPro/Agent Lifecycle management

-         Min 8 years of IT experience in sales performance management (SPM) projects

-         3-5 years of SAP ProducerPro/Agent Lifecycle management specialist experience.

-         Expertise in Qbquery, file sweeps, extracts and scheduled processes in ProducerPro

-         At least 1 end to end migration experience in SAP SPM to HANA migration.

-         Execute pipelines and analyse results. Identify gaps in payments, find root cause, fix issues to correct payments

-         Experience Data integration setup on Incentive Management.

-         Know and understand ProducerPro/Agent Lifecycle management and Incentive Management Admin DB repository tables.

-         Experience in writing advanced queries and stagehooks

-         Experieince in working onsite-offshore model

Good to Have:

-         SAP advanced workflow – ability to understand and modify Agent onboarding workflow with external system API.

-         SAP Embedded Anlytics – create stories from ProducerPro

-         Certification in SAP Incentive Management and/or ProducerPro/Agent Lifecycle management
