• Problem Solving: Architect and provide technical solutions for immediate team challenges as well as cross-team initiatives.
• Process Optimization: Lead efforts to identify, design, and implement process improvements that elevate software quality and boost team productivity.
• Mentorship: Coach and mentor junior engineers, supporting their career growth and accelerating their integration into the team.

Professional & Technical Skills

• Core Expertise: Deep proficiency in SAP Monitoring & Tools (Must-Have).
• Methodology & Design: Strong command of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile practices, with proven experience building custom components using modern frameworks.
• Performance Engineering: Expert capability in troubleshooting, debugging, and optimizing system performance for long-term scalability and maintainability.
• Integration & Collaboration: Familiarity with modern system integration techniques and a proven track record of working effectively across diverse technical teams.

Experience Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience specializing in SAP Monitoring & Tools.
