SAP SOURCE TO PAY

This person will support the STP workstream, so STP experience is a plus but not required (a strong PM with SAP implementation experience is more important than STP experience). However, with that said, let's focus on someone with Source to Pay (STP) or Procure to Pay (PTP/P2P) or purchasing experience or background

Let's make sure candidates understand that they have to be 100% focused to this role and cannot try to do this work as a side hustle.

Role: SAP Source To Pay Project Manager

Location: Offshore / India

Start Date: ASAP

End Date: December 31, 2026 (extension possible)

Working hours : 3-12pm IST

Description:

We are seeking an experienced SAP project manager to assist our customer within the Source to Pay workstream of a global roll-out of SAP S/4 HANA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain integrated project plan, including interdependencies across enabling workstreams and dependent projects
• Plan and govern deliverables related to Enabling workstreams and third-party apps
• Manage functional, system and user acceptance testing across the Enabling workstreams
• Identify and escalate critical issues in accordance with governance structure
• Manage budget, resource planning and tracking
• Manage and track Project status, risks, actions, issues, and decisions log

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in SAP S/4HANA or other ERP implementation projects.
• Experience and understanding of Source to Pay SAP functionality and processes including purchasing and accounts payable.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and practices.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in managing budgets, timelines, and resource planning.
