Sap Solutions Architect

We are seeking an experienced SAP Technical Solution Architect to lead the of SAP S4/Hana Initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in SAP architecture, cloud infrastructure, and the technical aspects of SAP S4/Hana, with a focus on procurement, ERP, and finance modules. The SAP Technical Solution Architect will be responsible for the overall technical design, implementation, and integration strategy, ensuring the seamless migration of SAP workloads to the Azure cloud environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the technical design and architecture for SAP S4/Hana migrations to Azure Cloud, focusing on procurement, ERP, and finance modules.

Collaborate with functional teams to ensure technical alignment with business requirements.

Design high-level and low-level system architecture for cloud-based SAP environments, ensuring scalability, performance, and cost optimization.

Define technical standards for the migration, including system integration, data migration, and security protocols.

Develop and implement a robust SAP cloud architecture strategy using Azure services such as Azure SAP HANA, Virtual Machines, and SAP Cloud Platform.

Lead troubleshooting and provide technical support for SAP system performance, availability, and reliability in the Azure environment.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP solutions with other cloud-based and on-premise applications.

Perform proof-of-concept (POC) testing, risk assessments, and feasibility studies related to migration and cloud strategies.

Advise on SAP infrastructure performance optimization, disaster recovery, and backup strategies on Azure.

Provide mentorship and guidance to junior technical team members and consultants.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.

8+ years of experience in SAP technical architecture, with a focus on SAP S4/Hana and Azure Cloud.

Proven experience in leading SAP S4/Hana migrations to cloud platforms, especially Azure.

Deep knowledge of SAP Basis, HANA database administration, and cloud infrastructure management.

Expertise in Azure cloud services and architecture, including Azure Virtual Machines, Azure HANA, and SAP Cloud Platform.

Familiarity with SAP modules, specifically procurement, ERP, and finance.

Strong knowledge of cloud security, networking, and integration best practices.

Experience with SAP migrations tools (e.g., SAP Cloud Platform, Azure Migrate, etc.).

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with functional teams and business stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

SAP S4/Hana certification. - Azure certifications (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect Expert).

Experience in hybrid cloud and multi-cloud strategies.

Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD pipelines for SAP systems in the cloud.
