-Explore and evaluate the potential market, generate leads utilizing multiple sales channels and approach the potential customers across APAC
-Understand the customer needs & business, prepare suitable solutions, negotiate the contract, facilitate the sales documentations such as quotation or agreement
-Manage the key account for upsell/cross-sell to maximize the profits
-Act as the contact for clients after launching the project, closely monitoring the progress, quality and payments collection.
-Liaise with managers & global team including Japan HQ, to establish and optimize the strategy/action plans for target industries/accounts
-Work closely with consultants to build plans such as training session or promotion events
-Complete certifications assigned, to continuously improve the technical knowledges
base and build networks
MUST TO HAVE:
-Min 5 years of experience in IT sales and key account management
-Extensive knowledge in SAP, or similar ERP Solutions such as Microsoft Dynamic, Oracle ERP or other ERP
-Proven track record and achievement in B2B or B2G sales, successfully developing and maintaining client relationships
-Ability to forecast/predict the chances of success of the project and achieve the target
-Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
