Job Description
ROLE SUMMARY
Reporting to theDirectorPlatform Solutions &Services,Solution ArchitectPlatform Solutions & Serviceswillbe responsibleforarchitecture,designand delivery of functional solutionsacrossContractto Cash process.The Solution Architect willbe responsible forapplicationdesign governance,maintainingglobal templates and standards,deliveryof critical projects and enhancements across the Global Order to Cash process.
JOB RESPONSIBILITY
- Architecture and solution design leadership acrossContractto Cash processfocused onSAPECC, S/4,non-SAPrelated bolt-on'sand applications.
- Lead andparticipatein solution design discussions with TGS strategic system integrators to deliver solutions that scale across businesses and regions.
- Collaborate withbusinesspartners, platformsolutions, and development teams to elicit and translate business requirements intofunctiondesignand &technicalspecifications.
- Functional and technical leadershipto develop integrated solutions across cross functional business processes,SAPECC, S/4,BRIMandboundary applications.
- Develop productive relationshipsand strategic alignmentwith business partner teams across the organization
- Manage relationships with majorplatformvendors and service providers to ensurethey cost-effectivelymeet the needs of the organization.
- Facilitate & collaborate with global vendor(s) support teams to ensure break fix issues are resolvedin a timely manner.
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
The ideal candidateshould haveexperience leading technology teams, strong technology & functional understanding, process, and solution mindset.
In addition, the ideal candidate should alsopossess:
- 10+ years of experience in progressively responsible roles within the technology function.
- StrongfunctionalandtechnicalexperienceacrossOrderFulfillment, CustomerService, TechnicalServiceprocesses.
- Deep understanding and hands on experience in S/4,Vistexand ERP application ecosystem.
- Basic ABAP debugging skills and familiarity with Fiori apps and SAP BTP/cloud-based BRIM extensions.
- Proven track record in at least 2 full lifecycle implementations on S4 HANA.
- Knowledge ofE-Commerce processes is a plus
- Ability to blend process excellence with a solution mindset to solve business problems
- Ability to communicate complex business / technical challenges in a simplified manner
- Highly collaborative work style which includes working effectively across all organizational levels
- Ability to collaborate, partner withexternal vendors and service providersto manage solution design and delivery
- Strong organizational skills, the ability to perform under pressure and management of multiple priorities with competing demands for resources.
Education and Training
- An undergraduate or postgraduate degree in computer science, engineering, finance, businessmanagementorrelatedfield.
