Job Description

Key Tasks:

Lead SAP transformation projects with global scope.
Shape solution strategies in alignment with client needs and market competition.
Drive business value in customer engagements and provide solution and delivery assurance.
Guide teams of Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) across geographies and drive improvement in solutioning, reusability, and automation.

Primary Skills:

SAP Solution and Delivery Experience (15-20 years) with functional background.
Proficiency in SAP modules (e.g., logistics, financial processes, S/4HANA).
Strong understanding of end-to-end (E2E) business processes and how they map into SAP S/4HANA.
Global implementation experience (Template Design/Build, Global Rollout).
Knowledge of Agile methodologies for design and build.
Expertise in Greenfield and Brownfield projects (System Conversion).
Integration experience with both SAP and Non-SAP solutions.
Industry expertise in sectors like Manufacturing, Automotive, Retail, Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), Life Sciences, Oil & Gas.

Secondary Skills:

Ability to translate technical solutions into business value and articulate in business language.
Deep understanding of the competitive SAP landscape and partner ecosystems.
SAP S/4HANA Certification(s) in core areas preferred.
Experience in working in multi-location, distributed global delivery teams.
Strong communication skills (verbal and written in English).
Proven experience in people management and stakeholder management.
Industry representation in forums/events.
