Description
We are seeking an experienced SAP Solution Manager to join our team in India. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and maintaining SAP Solution Manager functionalities to support our SAP landscape and enhance project management capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Implement and configure SAP Solution Manager for project management and application lifecycle management.
- Provide support for SAP Solution Manager functionalities including Change Request Management, Test Management, and Solution Documentation.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users and stakeholders on SAP Solution Manager tools and processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP Solution Manager with other SAP modules and third-party applications.
- Monitor and optimize the performance of SAP Solution Manager environments.
- Create and maintain documentation for processes, configurations, and best practices related to SAP Solution Manager.
Skills and Qualifications
- 6-8 years of experience in SAP Solution Manager implementation and support.
- Strong understanding of SAP modules and integration processes.
- Proficiency in Change Request Management (ChaRM), Test Suite, and Business Process Monitoring.
- Experience in implementing SAP Solution Manager's capabilities in a project lifecycle.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and how they relate to SAP Solution Manager.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
WORK SHIFT : 2PM TO 11PM
