Strong Knowledge in:
- Strong hands-on experience in setup and configuration of ChaRM, Technical System Monitoring (RSLAF / OCC), ITSM, SLD, LMDB/MOPZ, Maintenance Planner required.
- Good experience in configuring SAP Solution Manager functionalities including Focused Run/Focused Insights, Solution Documentation, BPMON, Test Management and Best Practice Content.
- Proven experience collaborating with functional, technical, and extended teams to setup, configure and optimize SAP Solution Manager and/or SAP Cloud ALM functionality.
- Proficient in configuring SAP Cloud ALM for Requirement Management, Change and Deployment Management, Process Management, Project Management, Documentation Management, Task Management, Test Management, and Analytics.
- Partner with Functional, and Technical teams to configure & optimize SAP Solution Manager / Cloud ALM offerings.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for operational execution, troubleshooting, and support, including leading and participating in projects, minor/major releases, and reviewing system-related tickets for accuracy and priority.
- Flexibility to handle SAP Basis tasks and activities as necessary.
- Experience in managing SAP Operations including managed system set-up, technical system and job monitoring and alerting.
- Experience in Test Management with CBTA/ BPCA/ Scope & Effort Analyzer is an added plus.
- Deep expertise in any of the following areas is most preferred - Data Volume Management (DVM), SolDoc, CCLM, Business Process Monitoring, Focused Insights.
Preferred Skills:
- SAP Certification in Solution Manager and/or Cloud ALM.
- Configured SAP Solution Manager extensively in implementation or support projects.
- Knowledge of Focused Run, Focused Build or Focused Insights.
- ITIL 4 Foundation Certification.
