Title : SAP Software Specialist – SAP & Dealer Management System (DMS)

Location: Pune

Experience: 6–8 years

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced IT professional to manage and enhance our SAP system, Dealer Management System (DMS), and other critical IT platforms.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in SAP, strong knowledge of DMS, and proven experience in driving system improvements, integrations, and handling change

requests. This role is based at our Pune plant and will play a key part in ensuring seamless IT operations across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage, maintain, and optimize SAP systems to support business operations.

• Oversee Dealer Management System (DMS) administration and ensure smooth functioning across dealer networks.

• Handle SAP change requests, system upgrades, and enhancements.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement integrations between SAP, DMS, and other IT systems.

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and system automation.

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SAP and DMS-related issues.

• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across IT systems.

• Document processes, configurations, and system changes for future reference.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.

• Strong knowledge of Dealer Management Systems (DMS).

• Experience in SAP improvements, integrations, and managing change requests.

• Good understanding of IT infrastructure and enterprise systems.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
