Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and certified
SmartRecruiters Functional Consultant with strong expertise in
SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting to support enterprise recruiting transformation initiatives. The role requires hands-on experience in delivering at least one
end-to-end SmartRecruiters implementation, including integration with SAP SuccessFactors or other HR platforms.
The consultant will play a key role in driving recruiting process transformation, enabling AI-driven talent acquisition capabilities, and supporting global delivery programs in an offshore model.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead functional consulting activities across SmartRecruiters implementations, including:
- Requirements gathering and stakeholder workshops
- Solution design and system configuration
- Functional documentation and process mapping
- Manage and configure core recruiting processes, including:
- Requisition creation and approval workflows
- Candidate lifecycle management (screening, interview, offer, hire)
- Hiring Manager and recruiter experience enhancements
- Drive integration design and execution between SmartRecruiters and downstream systems such as:
- SAP SuccessFactors (RCM, EC, Onboarding)
- Other HRIS / ATS / third-party platforms
- Support testing cycles (SIT, UAT) and ensure quality delivery through defect resolution and validation
- Lead deployment, go-live, and hypercare activities, ensuring smooth transition to support
- Provide post go-live support, enhancements, and process optimization recommendations
- Collaborate with global stakeholders across business, HR, and IT teams
Required Skills & Experience
- 6–9 years of experience in HR technology consulting, with strong focus on:
- SmartRecruiters (mandatory)
- SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting / Talent modules (preferred)
- Proven experience in at least one full-cycle SmartRecruiters implementation
- Strong functional expertise in:
- Recruiting workflows and ATS processes
- Candidate lifecycle management
- Role-based permissions and security models
- Experience in integration frameworks and APIs between ATS and HR systems
- Exposure to AI-enabled recruiting capabilities and digital hiring platforms
- Experience working in a global delivery/offshore model with cross-region stakeholders
Certifications (Preferred)
- SmartRecruiters Certification (Functional)
- SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management Certification
