Role Overview
- Manage the complete supplier lifecycle, from onboarding to ongoing maintenance
- Ensure supplier data is accurate, compliant, and properly governed in the system
Key Responsibilities
- Handle user incidents based on defined priority levels
- Guide and support users by clearly explaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Coordinate with cross‑functional teams for quick issue resolution
- Analyze issues, identify root causes, and propose effective solutions
Required Skills
- Basic experience in SAP MM (Materials Management)
- Experience with ChaRM (Change Request Management) process
- Knowledge of Vendor Master Data Management
- Ability to create, read, and interpret reports and analytics
- Understanding of data governance, compliance, and operational controls
Nice to Have
- Hands‑on experience with SAP Fiori
- Hands‑on experience with ChaRM
