- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in business process management, preferably with SAP Signavio.
- Strong understanding of BPMN 2.0, Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
- Experience with SAP ERP systems and integration with Signavio.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a dynamic environment.
- Working knowledge of SAP CALM, SAP LeanIX, Enable now and Walkme will be desired
- Have good business process knowledge on at least one end to end process like PTP, OTC etc. and high-level overview on other processes

- Working knowledge on one of more modules of SAP ERP systems
- Experience in process mining and workflow automation.
- Familiarity with SAP Solution Manager, SAP CALM, ARIS, or other BPM tools.
