We are looking for an experienced SAP Signavio Consultant with strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA transformation programs. The ideal candidate will lead business process design, optimization, and end-to-end process intelligence initiatives using SAP Signavio tools, enabling organizations to achieve operational excellence and successful SAP S/4HANA adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead business process discovery, modeling, and optimization using SAP Signavio Process Manager.
- Drive end-to-end process transformation initiatives aligned with SAP S/4HANA implementation programs.
- Utilize SAP Signavio Process Intelligence to perform process mining, analyze bottlenecks, and identify improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to define future-state process models and TO-BE architectures.
- Ensure process alignment with SAP S/4HANA standard best practices and clean core principles.
- Conduct workshops with global stakeholders for process harmonization and standardization.
- Define KPIs and dashboards for monitoring process performance and compliance.
- Support change management and process governance during SAP transformation programs.
- Integrate SAP Signavio outputs with SAP Activate methodology for implementation support.
Required Skills & Experience
- 8–10 years of experience in Business Process Management, SAP consulting, or transformation programs.
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP Signavio (Process Manager, Process Intelligence, Collaboration Hub).
- Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation or transformation projects.
- Strong understanding of BPMN 2.0 and enterprise process modeling standards.
- Experience in process mining, KPI analysis, and process performance optimization.
- Deep knowledge of SAP business processes (Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Order-to-Cash, etc.).
- Experience working in large-scale global transformation programs.
Preferred Qualifications
- SAP Signavio certification or SAP Activate certification.
- Experience in Lean, Six Sigma, or process re-engineering methodologies.
- Exposure to multi-country SAP rollouts or global template design.
