• Working experience on SAP Signavio Knowledge on SAP Knowledge on data modelling. Process Modeling: Design and document processes using standards like BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation) with intuitive tools. Process Mining (Process Intelligence): Uncover hidden inefficiencies and risks by analyzing real system data. Simulation: Test changes to processes and understand their impact before implementation. Collaboration: Bridge gaps between IT and business teams for shared understanding and improvement. Journey-to-Process Analytics: Connect customer/employee experience data with operational processes.
