Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented SAP Signavio & LeanIX Consultant with 45 years of experience to join our Digital Transformation team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business process modeling, enterprise architecture, and operational excellence using SAP Signavio, SAP LeanIX, and Celonis, along with hands-on SQL skills for data analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
Primary Skills SAP Signavio, SAP LeanIX
- Analyze and document business processes using SAP Signavio Process Manager.
- Implement and manage SAP LeanIX for IT landscape visualization and enterprise architecture.
- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to design optimized processes and system landscapes.
- Support business transformation and S/4HANA readiness assessments using SAP Signavio Suite.
- Generate process insights, model as-is and to-be process flows.
Secondary Skills Celonis, SQL
- Use Celonis EMS to identify process inefficiencies and opportunities for automation.
- Perform root cause analysis and generate insights from process mining data.
- Develop SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data from various enterprise systems.
- Create dashboards and reports to present findings to business users and technical teams.
Required Qualifications:
- 45 years of experience in business process modeling, enterprise architecture, or IT consulting.
- Hands-on experience with SAP Signavio Business Transformation Suite.
- Practical exposure to SAP LeanIX for managing IT portfolios and system dependencies.
- Working knowledge of Celonis process mining platform.
- Proficient in SQL for data manipulation and reporting.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Exposure to SAP S/4HANA implementation or migration projects.
- Certifications in SAP Signavio or LeanIX are a plus.
- Experience with BPMN 2.0 modeling standards.
- Familiarity with agile project delivery methods (e.g., Scrum, SAFe).
