Location: Remote

Description:

The SAP Signavio Process Intelligence Consultant is responsible for leveraging SAP Signavios process intelligence capabilities to analyze, monitor, and improve business processes. The role requires expertise in process mining, data analysis, and the use of SAP Signavio tools to provide actionable insights and recommendations. The consultant collaborates with cross-functional teams to drive process excellence and enable data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Process Analysis and Intelligence:

  • Use SAP Signavio Process Intelligence to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for process improvement.
  • Perform root cause analysis using process mining techniques to uncover hidden issues and risks.
  • Develop dashboards and visualizations to present insights effectively to stakeholders. Process Optimization and Strategy
  • Collaborate with business units to design and recommend optimized workflows based on data-driven insights.
  • Identify and prioritize key process improvement initiatives aligned with business objectives.
  • Monitor and measure the impact of process changes to ensure continuous improvement. Implementation and Integration.
  • Configure and customize SAP Signavio Process Intelligence solutions to meet client-specific needs.
  • Integrate SAP Signavio with other ERP systems, such as SAP S/4HANA, to ensure seamless data flow.
  • Support data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes for process mining. Stakeholder Engagement.
  • Partner with business leaders, IT teams, and process owners to understand requirements and define use cases.
  • Present findings, insights, and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Conduct workshops and training sessions to enable stakeholders to use SAP Signavio tools effectively.
  • Compliance and Risk Management:
  • Ensure processes align with regulatory and compliance standards (e. g. , GDPR, ISO, SOX).
  • Proactively identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.

Education:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. A Masters degree is a plus.

Experience:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in process management, business analysis, or data analytics.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP Signavio Process Intelligence or similar process mining tools.
  • Proven track record of delivering process improvement initiatives.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in SAP Signavio Process Intelligence, Process Manager, and related tools.
  • Strong understanding of process modeling standards, such as BPMN 2. 0.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in data visualization and dashboarding.
  • Familiarity with ETL processes and tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate insights to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Preferred Certifications:

  • SAP Signavio Certification.
  • BPMN 2. 0 Certification.
  • SAP S/4HANA or other SAP module certifications.
