Job Description

Role: SAP SF Time Tracking

Location: PAN India LTIMindree (Hybrid)

Job type: Fulltime

Required Skills:

Key Responsibilities

Requirement Gathering and Analysis

Engage with clients to understand business processes requirements and objectives related to time tracking and attendance management

Conduct detailed workshops and interviews with business users HR professionals and IT teams to capture and document functional and technical requirements

Analyse clients existing time management processes and propose solutions leveraging SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking functionalities

Solution Design and Configuration

Design end to end solutions for time tracking including time recording approval workflows absences overtime and compliance with labor laws

Configure SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking module in alignment with documented business requirements and best practices

Integrate Time Tracking with other SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central Payroll and third party systems as needed

Document functional specifications configuration guides and solution architecture diagrams

Implementation and Deployment

Lead or participate in end to end implementation projects including solution design system build testing data migration and go-live support

Manage project timelines milestones risks and deliverables in collaboration with project managers and client stakeholders

Develop and execute detailed unit integration and user acceptance testing UAT plans to ensure the delivered solution meets client expectations

Conduct knowledge transfer sessions and provide postimplementation support to client teams

Support and Maintenance

Provide ongoing support for SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking solutions including incident resolution troubleshooting and enhancements

Monitor system performance proactively identify issues and implement corrective actions

Stay current with SAP releases updates and best practices and advise clients on the implications for their solution landscape

Assist in change management activities including system upgrades and process improvements

Client Relationship Management

Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients acting as a trusted advisor on time management and SAP SuccessFactors topics

Manage client expectations provide regular status updates and ensure overall client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle

Collaboration and Knowledge Sharing

Work closely with cross functional teams including HR payroll IT and other SAP consultants to deliver integrated solutions

Participate in internal knowledge sharing training sessions and contribute to the development of best practice documentation
