Job Description

Must-Have :

  • 5+ Years of SAP SuccessFactors Talent management/Succession Management/Planning, compensation and Variable pay experience.
  • Knowledge in SuccessFactors Performance and Goal Management including Calibration, CPM, Employee profile portlets and good knowledge in CDP and Succession Planning.
  • Good understanding of Compensation management processes in global organization
  • Hands on experience in Custom break up calculations in Compensation templates, Good Knowledge in Compensation and Variable Pay functional Should have configure knowledge in the below features of SAP SuccessFactors Succession and Development
