SAP SF-Recruitment/Onboarding

Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP SF-Recruitment/Onboarding specialist to join our HR team in India. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing recruitment processes and onboarding initiatives through SAP SuccessFactors.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes using SAP SuccessFactors Recruitment module.
• Develop and implement onboarding strategies to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on best practices.
• Utilize data analytics to improve recruitment metrics and onboarding effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local employment laws during the recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Conduct training sessions for HR staff on the effective use of SAP SF tools.

Skills and Qualifications

• 8-15 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors, specifically in Recruitment and Onboarding modules.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and onboarding best practices.
• Proficient in data analysis and reporting using SAP SuccessFactors.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience in change management and process improvement initiatives in HR.
• Ability to train and mentor junior HR staff on SAP SF functionalities.
