Description:
- Performance Goal Management (PMGM), Succession Planning, and Career Development Planning (CDP) Module Configuration: technical implementation and configuration of Performance Goal Management (PMGM), Succession Planning, and Career Development Planning (CDP).
- Talent Intelligence Hub (TIH): Design and configure the Talent Intelligence Hub (TIH) and Growth Portfolio, mapping employee skills and attributes to talent strategies. Complex Configurations: Implement advanced features, including Stack Ranker, Calibration settings, 360 reviews, and XML template modifications.
- Technical Design: Expert in translating functional requirements into detailed technical design documents. Data Modeling: Configure MDF (Metadata Framework) objects, Business Rules, and Workflows to support Talent processes. Analytics Reporting (Story Reports) Story Reporting Development: Create, design, and manage sophisticated story reports, utilizing charts, tables, and visualizations. Data Visualization:
- Build comprehensive dashboards for performance analytics, talent pipeline, and succession readiness. Report Optimization: Utilize the Admin Center Check Tool to optimize report performance and troubleshoot data issues. DRTM Data Privacy (Technical Focus) Configure and maintain DRTM frameworks: Set up retention rules for DRTM Master Data, Performance, and Succession modules. Data Purge Management: Design and execute technical Purge Requests (inactive users, specific module data) while troubleshooting validation errors in the Data Retention Management tool. Compliance Audit: Implement data blocking for effective-dated objects (MDF and EC) and configure Change Audit reports to track personal data changes. Data Retention Rules: Define and configure country-specific retention periods and base dates for Data Purge compliance.
- Instance Refresh Technical Operations Instance Refresh Activities (IRT): Perform end-to-end instance refresh (Development/Test to Production) using the Instance Refresh Tool. Pre/Post-Refresh Technical Tasks: Re-establish OAuth client secrets to prevent API failures. Restore Integration Center Jobs and FTP configurations. Update MDF Object Picklists and attachments after refresh etc. Quarterly Release Management: Drive technical regression testing for new SuccessFactors releases, specifically for Talent and DRTM functionalities. System Integration Technical Support Integration Support: Ensure seamless integration between Talent modules, Employee Central (EC), and third-party systems. Support Troubleshooting: Resolving complex system issues and managing root cause analysis. Release Management: Evaluate new SAP SuccessFactors releases, performing impact analysis and regression testing to adopt new functionalities.
- Required Technical Skills In SAP SuccessFactors, with at least 3+ end-to-end implementations in Talent Modules. Certified in PMGM, Succession and development modules Deep knowledge of XML configurations for PMGM and CDP.
- Expertise in Story Reports (People Analytics) and data model understanding. Hands-on experience with TIH (Talent Intelligence Hub) and Growth Portfolio. Strong proficiency in RBP (Role-Based Permissions) and security design.
