Active SuccessFactors Compensation certification

SuccessFactors Performance and Goals Management

Experience in HR domain knowledge

Ability to conduct SF Compensation and Performance Goals Management training

Strong communication skills

Excellent project documentation skills

Roles and responsibilities

Client Support Offer continuous support to Chobani Group addressing any issues or queries related to SuccessFactors modules

System Maintenance Ensure the SuccessFactors system is running smoothly by performing regular maintenance and updates

Incident Management Handle and resolve incidents and service requests in a timely manner

Performance Monitoring Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency

User Training and Documentation Provide training to endusers and create comprehensive documentation for system processes and configurations

Stakeholder Communication Maintain effective communication with stakeholders to ensure their requirements are met and to provide updates on system performance and enhancements

Compliance and Best Practices Ensure that the system complies with industry standards and best practices
