Your Role

We are looking for a skilledOpenText Technical Support & Configuration Specialist to support the implementation, integration, and ongoing maintenance of OpenTextwithin our HR IT landscape, including SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM. The ideal candidate will have expertise inOpenTextsolutions, experience in HR document management, and the ability to troubleshoot and configure the system to ensure seamless operation.

Support the deployment ofOpenTextfor HR document management, integrating it with SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM.
Configure OpenTextsolutions to meet business needs, including workflows, metadata, permissions, and document lifecycle management.
Provide 2nd and 3rd-level support, analyze issues, and work with vendors or internal teams to resolve technical problems.
Manage system updates, patches, and enhancements, ensuring compliance with IT security and regulatory requirements.
Develop training materials and support end-users by addressing technical queries and best practices.
Work closely with HR IT teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure optimal system performance and continuous improvement.
Ensure data security, access control, and compliance with GDPR and other relevant regulations.

Your Profile

Experience: 3+ years of experience in OpenText implementation, configuration, and support.
Hands-on experience with OpenText Content Server, Extended ECM, or similar OpenText modules.
Understanding of SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, and their document management integration.
Understanding of SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, and their document management integration.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for resolving system issues.
Proficiency in English (German is a plus).
