Job Description

SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System consultant with a minimum of 1 full life cycle implementation experience Designs implements system governance and policies in collaboration with various stakeholder groups Works closely with talent development team members business leaders and others to establish support LMS administration Experience of integrating LMS with OCNs like Coursera LinkedIn Learning Open Sesame or any other OCN is required Experience in domain domain restriction setup connectors automatic processes workflows Experience in Plateau Report Designer Learning Report Designer and LMS standard reports Experience in BizX and LMS integration Experience in CDP integration with LMS and should have worked with the competency based learning Exposure to Finance commerce Experience in setting up deployment location and importing content to LMS Working experience in setting up Virtual Learning System within SF LMS

Exposure to external users and sites creation Preparation of import files and knowledge on instance refresh activity related to LMS and EC Good communication skills Independent Contributor and can able to take the control of the issues Provides support and assistance to users at any level as needed Good to have experience on WFA
