SAP SF ECP Payroll Consultant

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Payroll Consultant with strong expertise in Australian Payroll and proven end‑to‑end project implementation experience. The role involves delivering payroll solutions across the full project lifecycle, from requirements gathering and design through build, testing, go‑live, and post‑implementation support, with deep hands‑on involvement in payroll schema, PCRs, and system upgrades.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience as a SAP SuccessFactors Payroll; 8+ years experience
• Demonstrated end‑to‑end project implementation experience, ideally across multiple payroll projects.
• Deep hands‑on experience with Australian Payroll configuration and legislation.
• Strong expertise in Payroll Schemas and PCRs.
• Experience supporting SAP Payroll Support Package (SP) upgrades within project or post‑go‑live contexts.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in project‑based delivery environments.
