Your Role - Job Role

As a SAP EC Timeoff Consultant, you will :

  • Configure and maintain SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time Off module.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into system configurations.
  • Support integrations between EC Time Off and other SAP SuccessFactors modules.
  • Perform system testing, UAT support, and defect resolution.
  • Prepare functional specifications and configuration documentation.
  • Provide post-go-live support and resolve production issues.
  • Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT teams for end-to-end solution delivery.

Your Profile - Skills Required :

  • Strong experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time Off.
  • Hands-on experience with business rules configuration.
  • Experience with role-based permissions (RBP).
  • Understanding of Employee Central foundation objects and MDF objects.
