Experience: 8+ years

Work Location: Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC), Mumbai Complete Onsite (5 days working)

Contract Period: 12 months, extendable

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors
• Hands-on experience in multiple SF modules (EC, ECP, Time Off, etc.)
• Strong understanding of HR processes and system integrations
• Experience in end-to-end implementations or support projects
• Exposure to project management or coordination activities is mandatory
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-facing environment

Key Responsibilities

• Work as a multi-module SAP SuccessFactors specialist across modules such as Employee Central (EC), Payroll (ECP), Time Off, and other SF modules
• Lead and support end-to-end implementations, enhancements, and support activities across SF modules
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions
• Act as a liaison between business, technical teams, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery
• Drive project coordination activities including planning, tracking, and status reporting
• Ensure timely delivery of project milestones and manage dependencies across modules
• Support system configuration, testing (SIT/UAT), and deployment activities
• Identify gaps, propose solutions, and ensure alignment with best practices
• Provide functional expertise and support for issue resolution and continuous improvements
• Maintain documentation, process flows, and project-related artifacts
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and system performance
