Job Description

  • Lead the end-to-end implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay modules.
  • Gather and analyze business requirements to translate them into effective technical solutions.
  • Configure compensation templates, eligibility rules, budgets, guidelines, and compensation cycle plans.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, Payroll, and IT for seamless integration and data management.
  • Provide post-go-live support, enhancements, and optimization services to clients.
  • Conduct user training, documentation, and best practice workshops.
  • Stay updated with SAP roadmap and new releases to ensure innovative and efficient solutions.
