Job Description

Role: SAP S/4HANA Service Management Consultant

Experience 8+years

Working timings : 5pm IST to 2:30 AM IST .

Location: Remote

Responsibilities

  • Implement and support Service Management (SM) processes in SAP S/4HANA.
  • Configure and customize S/4 Service Management modules (Service Orders, Service Contracts, Service Billing, Resource Planning).
  • Work with business users to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions.
  • Integrate Service Management with SD, MM, FI, and CS modules.
  • Provide issue resolution, enhancements, and end-user training.

Required Skills

  • Required SAP experience, with at least 23 full-cycle implementations in S/4HANA Service Management.
  • Strong knowledge of Service Orders, Service Contracts, Billing, and Customer Interaction in S/4.
  • Understanding of related modules (SD, MM, FI, CS).
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
