Responsibilities
- Configure and support SAP Service Management (SM/CS) module.
- Manage service orders, notifications, contracts, and warranties.
- Gather business requirements and provide SAP solutions.
- Support integrations with SAP SD, MM, PM, and CRM.
- Perform testing, troubleshooting, documentation, and user support.
- Coordinate with technical teams for enhancements and issue resolution.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of SAP SM/CS experience.
- Strong knowledge of SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA.
- Experience with service processes and integrations.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
