Your Role
- Manage endtoend service delivery, including issue/risk/dependency tracking and mitigation across SAP/ERP/Custom application landscapes.
- Lead multiple Scrum teams, ensuring successful delivery through strong communication, coordination, and leadership.
- Drive program planning, SOW creation, milestone tracking, budget/P&L management, and financial reporting.
- Execute highvalue business solutions and transformation programs across operations, automation, and systems integration.Implement process excellence, quality controls, and continuous improvements to enhance delivery efficiency and governance
Your Profile
- 912 years total experience with at least 3 years in Service Delivery Management (SAP, ERP, Oracle, or Custom Apps).
- Strong technofunctional understanding across ERP or application technologies, with proven problemsolving and analytical skills.
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum delivery; Scrum Master certification required, PMP preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in mentoring teams, stakeholder engagement, and driving operational improvements.
- Proficiency with MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, JIRA, and ServiceNow; strong communication and timemanagement capabilities.
