Key Responsibilities:

• 12-15 years of experience across a broad spectrum of areas such as SAP ABAP HCM, EC Payroll, third-party engagement for integrations and SuccessFactors integrations.
• HR ABAP Programming skills with integration experience on HR and Payroll. Experience in integration with SuccessFactors Employee Central. Hands-on experience in SAP HR ABAP and Proficient in SAP HR Configuration with SAP BIB Configuration using SPRO.
• Implement a comprehensive BIB configuration strategy, covering organization integration, employee integration, and cost center replication, resulting in enhanced efficiency in payroll processing within the SAP system. Good understanding of ERP architecture, functionality, integration API and configurations.
• Implement custom enhancements using Business Add-Ins (BADI), focusing on the Change Info Type BADI for extensive customization and mapping employee numbers and central Person ID from EC to SAP, addressing specific cases such as rehires and transfers.
• Drive discussions with the stakeholders from onsite team and clients SAP HCM and SuccessFactors Employee Central Functional knowledge is an advantage. Should have experience leading a small team of consultant to complete assigned task
