Job Description

Responsible for the implementation and administration of SAP Security across various SAP landscapes including ECC, BW, HR, S/4HANA, SAP Fiori, and SAP GRC Access Control 10.1 or above.
Hands-on experience with at least two SAP Security lifecycle upgrades involving SU25.
Strong expertise in HANA User Administration and Role Management including handling HANA privileges like Object, Analytics, System, Application, and Package privileges.
Proficient in troubleshooting HANA access issues, user tracing, and trace file analysis.
Experience in Business Objects (BOBJ) user management and folder-level security.
Knowledge of BODS security and repository changes.
Skilled in Fiori role design, build, and issue resolution.
Comprehensive knowledge of SAP GRC Access Control components including Emergency Access Management (EAM) and Access Risk Analysis (ARA).
Strong understanding of SAP HR Security, including Structural Authorizations, HR Authorization Objects, and both direct and indirect role assignments.
Capable of managing SAP security across development, QA, sandbox, training, and production systems.
Basic understanding of SAP core ERP modules and architecture including PP, MM, SD, and FI.
Experience with GRC Access Control functionalities such as Access Request Management, Access Risk Analysis, Business Role Management, and Emergency Access Management.
Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving complex SAP Security and GRC Access Control issues.
Familiarity with audit compliance processes and experience working with internal/external audit and SOX compliance teams.
Able to customize SAP Access Control solutions and review existing or planned SAP GRC implementations.
Well-versed in segregation of duties (SoD) and GRC rule set concepts.
Periodically reviews and revises security roles to align with evolving business requirements.
Designs and implements access management solutions for new applications and transitions to administrative teams.
Prepares documentation for security processes, procedures, and audits.
Experienced in ECC and S/4HANA role management, including master, derived, composite, and business roles.
Sound knowledge of BW security and portal administration.
Collaborates with clients to identify needs, resolve issues, and ensure business alignment.
Participates in client discussions, project phases, and team coordination activities.
Ensures high-quality deliverables that adhere to application architecture and project timelines.
Involved in all stages of SAP implementation including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, and post-go-live support.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrated leadership qualities and successful teamwork experience.
Proven ability to share knowledge and stay current with SAP security trends and advancements.
