Job Summary

Seeking a Senior Specialist with 7 to 11 years of experience in SAP Security projects, with a focus on implementations, upgrades, and rollouts within the Security Advanced domain.

Job Description

Lead and manage SAP Security projects covering implementations, upgrades, and rollouts to ensure smooth integration and compliance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy security solutions aligned with business needs. Apply SAP Security expertise across ECC, BI, HR, CRM, S/4HANA, and Fiori environments to strengthen system security. Review existing security frameworks and recommend improvements to reduce risk and enhance controls. Stay current with SAP Security trends, tools, and best practices to drive continuous improvement. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members within the Security Advanced skill cluster. Ensure compliance with organizational security policies and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

Roles and Responsibilities

Plan and execute SAP Security implementation, upgrade, and rollout activities with a strong focus on quality and timelines. Create and maintain detailed security documentation, including roles, profiles, and authorization concepts. Perform risk assessments and vulnerability analyses to identify security gaps. Work closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to gather requirements and translate them into secure SAP configurations. Troubleshoot and resolve complex SAP Security issues across ECC, BI, HR, CRM, S/4HANA, and Fiori modules. Lead security audits and compliance reviews, ensuring corrective actions are implemented effectively. Conduct training sessions and knowledge transfer to strengthen team capability and awareness.
