Job Description – SAP SD with Salesforce Consultant
Experience: 12+ Years
Location: Hyderabad / Bengaluru / Gurugram
Work Mode: Hybrid (1 day office – Monday or Wednesday)
Role Overview
We are looking for a senior SAP SD Consultant with solid exposure to Salesforce CRM to lead end-to-end OTC processes and integration initiatives in S/4HANA transformation environments.
Responsibilities
- Configure SAP SD across OTC (Sales Orders, Pricing, Delivery, Billing, Returns, Credit).
- Work on S/4HANA SD features (Fiori, Data Model, Pricing, ATP).
- Integrate Salesforce CRM with SAP SD (Lead-to-Order, Master Data, Quotes, Order Sync).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for SAP–Salesforce alignment.
- Deliver enhancements, issue resolution, testing, and documentation.
- Drive solution design, fit–gap, integration mapping, migration, cutover, and go-live.
Required Skills
- 12+ years SAP SD functional experience.
- Strong Salesforce CRM knowledge (objects, workflows, integrations).
- Expertise in OTC, Pricing, Partner Functions, Billing & Credit.
- S/4HANA hands-on experience (preferred).
- Knowledge of IDocs, BAPIs, APIs, and middleware (CPI preferred).
- Excellent communication & stakeholder management.
