We are looking for a results-driven SAP SD Consultant to support and enhance our sales and distribution processes through SAP. The ideal candidate will have strong functional expertise in SAP SD and a thorough understanding of order-to-cash (O2C) business processes. You will be responsible for configuring SAP SD modules, integrating with other modules, and supporting implementation, rollout, and support activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP SD solutions.
- Configure and implement SAP SD components including sales orders, pricing, billing, shipping, credit management, and customer master data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (MM, FI, WM, PP) for integrated processes.
- Support the full project lifecycle: blueprinting, configuration, testing, go-live, and support.
- Troubleshoot day-to-day issues and provide SAP SD support for end users.
- Handle data migration and interface development (e.g., EDI, IDoc).
- Develop functional specifications for custom developments and enhancements.
- Work on pricing procedures, tax configurations, rebates, and special sales scenarios.
- Participate in S/4HANA migration projects or greenfield implementations if applicable.
- Provide training, documentation, and user support post-implementation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in SAP SD configuration and support.
- Strong understanding of order-to-cash (O2C) processes.
- Hands-on experience with pricing, invoicing, credit management, returns, and delivery processing.
- Experience with cross-module integration (FI, MM, WM, etc.).
- Exposure to S/4HANA and Fiori apps is a plus.
- Familiarity with EDI/IDoc troubleshooting and configuration.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
